At Otherland, we want your home to feel like a sanctuary; if your scent experience isn't perfect, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure candles are unlit and in their original decorative packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, which ensures your return is tracked and handled with care.

• 3.
  Pack Your Candles

  Carefully place the unlit candles in their original boxes and secure them inside a shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
